PTT comms that travels with your fleet. Perth to Brisbane. Darwin to Melbourne.

UHF repeaters cover a site. Our network covers a country. Press2Talk runs over the same 4G cellular network your drivers’ phones already use — which means wherever there’s mobile signal, your fleet can talk. No new towers. No repeater leases. No blackout corridors.

Long haul communication hasn’t kept up with your routes.

Most transport operators are still patching together comms from tools built for a different era. UHF that drops out on highways. Mobile phones that distract drivers. No visibility past the depot gate. There’s a better option.

UHF Dead Zones Between Depots

UHF works on site. Linehaul doesn’t happen on site. The moment your driver leaves the yard, they’re on their own. Regional runs, interstate highways — your repeater can’t follow them.

No Fleet Visibility on the Road

You know when the truck left and when it’s due. Everything in between is guesswork. If something goes wrong — breakdown, delay, incident — you find out when the driver calls you, if they can get through.

Phone Calls for Everything

Phone calls tie up drivers. They take hands off the wheel and attention off the road. They don’t scale when you’re coordinating multiple rigs across multiple runs at the same time.

Per-Call Charges Adding Up

If you’re running calls through a carrier or a PTT app on a business mobile plan, you’re paying per call or burning data on every dispatch exchange. That adds up over a full linehaul fleet.

Purpose-built PTT for transport fleets. Not repurposed apps.

Press2Talk is Australia’s only fully integrated, end-to-end PTT-over-Cellular network. We own the hardware, the servers, and the network. That means one team responsible for everything — and 100% uptime for 48+ consecutive months to prove it.

🛣️

No Dead Zones on Long Hauls

Runs over 4G/4GX with WiFi augmentation. Works on highways, freight corridors, and regional routes. If there’s mobile signal, your driver can talk. We’ll check your exact routes against our network coverage before you sign anything — no coverage, no sale. Better still, grab a demo and check for yourself.

🖥️

Web Dispatcher — Fleet Visibility in Your Browser

See every truck in real time on a live map. Track positions, replay route history, send job updates, manage driver communications — all from any browser, no software to install. One dispatcher can manage an entire interstate fleet from the depot.

📍

GPS Fleet Visibility

Real-time position of every vehicle. GPS data stored and retained for 36 months — useful for compliance, incident investigation, and customer queries. Know where your fleet is, where it’s been, and where it’s headed.

💰

No Per-Call Charges. Ever.

Flat monthly network access fee. Press the button, talk. No call charges, no data overages, no billing surprises. Your drivers can talk to depot, talk to each other, and check in all day long — none of it costs more than the flat monthly rate.

📦

Arrives Programmed for Your Fleet

Devices ship labelled with your driver names and vehicle regs, configured for your channel setup. Plug the M50K into the cab. Hand the T60K or T65 to your driver. Press, talk. No IT setup. No configuration software. We’ve had fleets running in under an hour.

📼 Voice Recording & Playback

Every PTT transmission logged, timestamped, and searchable. Replay any call. Useful for incident management, compliance audits, and driver coaching.

📋 Job Ticketing

Create and assign jobs directly from the Dispatcher. Drivers acknowledge from their radio. No separate job management app needed.

🔕 Remote Radio Control

Stun, kill, revive, or monitor any radio from the Dispatcher. If a device is lost or stolen, lock it out immediately.

Activate lone worker mode on any radio at any time. Automated check-in timers and missed-check-in alerts — no extra hardware required.

📱 Runs in Your Browser

No software to install. No updates to manage. Log in from any computer, any location. Always up to date — automatically.

Every device built by the same team that owns the network.

Any PTT provider says they cover Australia.
Here’s what actually makes us different.

We own the infrastructure — not rent it

Our servers are ours. Not AWS. Not Azure. Not a shared data centre overseas. We own the hardware, we manage the hardware, and that’s why we can back 100% uptime and guarantee your data never leaves Australia.

Hardware and network — same engineers

Our radios were designed to work with our network. Not bolted on. Not rebranded off-the-shelf PoC gear. Purpose-built, fully integrated, and exclusively available in Australia through us.

Your data stays in Australia

All GPS data, voice recordings, and call logs are stored on Australian servers. This isn’t a policy statement. It’s a technical guarantee built into how the system was architected.

We check your routes before you commit

We’ll map your freight corridors and linehaul runs against our network coverage before you sign anything. If we can’t cover your routes, we’ll tell you. We don’t take money we haven’t earned.

Arrives pre-programmed. Every time.

Your order leaves us labelled, configured, and ready to hand to your drivers. We’ve had transport operators up and running in under an hour. The complexity is on our side — not yours.

Real Australian support. Around the clock.

Linehaul runs around the clock. So do we. Real engineers in Australian time zones — 24/7/365 automated monitoring with a real person available when it matters. Not a ticketing system. Not a chatbot.

The questions transport operators always ask us.

We run interstate routes — will coverage hold up?
If there’s 4G mobile coverage on your route, your drivers can talk. Australia’s major freight corridors — Sydney–Melbourne, Brisbane–Sydney, the Hume, the Pacific, the Newell — are well covered by the national cellular networks we run over. We’ll map your specific routes before you commit. No coverage, no contract. Simple as that.
What happens in areas with no mobile signal?
Where there’s no cellular signal, there’s no PTToC — same as any mobile device. For genuinely remote corridors with no coverage, we’ll identify that upfront in our coverage check. The majority of Australian linehaul routes run along corridors that have adequate 4G coverage. We’ll tell you the reality before you spend a dollar. If you really need that extra bit of coverage we can bolt on a Starlink Panel to augment.
We have drivers who go interstate — can they all talk on the same channel?
Yes. That’s one of the core advantages of PTToC. Your Sydney-based dispatcher can talk to a driver in Melbourne, a driver outside Brisbane, and a driver in Adelaide simultaneously — all on the same channel, at the same time. No patching, no transfers, no repeater boundaries. One button. All fleet.
How does the GPS tracking work?
GPS position data from every active device reports to the Web Dispatcher in real time. You see all vehicles on a live map. You can also replay route history — useful for customer queries, compliance requirements, or incident investigation. GPS data is retained for 36 months. No additional hardware required — GPS is built into the M50K, T60K, and T65.
What’s the difference between the M50K and the T60K/T65?
The M50K is a vehicle-mounted unit — installed in the cab, wired to the vehicle’s power supply. It’s always on and always connected, and pairs with a remote speaker-microphone so the driver never takes their hands off the wheel. The T60K and T65 are handportable radios — for drivers who need comms when they’re out of the vehicle. Many transport operators use both: M50K in every cab, T60K/T65 for yard and loading bay work.
How is this different from just calling on a mobile phone?
Push to talk is instant group communication — you press a button and everyone on your channel hears you simultaneously. No dialling, no ringing, no hold music. It’s the radio model your drivers already understand, running over the cellular network with nationwide reach. It’s also purpose-built hardware with a dedicated PTT button — safer and simpler than fumbling with a smartphone while driving. And no per-call charges.
What does the setup process look like?
We configure everything at our end. Devices arrive labelled with your driver names and rego numbers, programmed with your channels and groups. You hand them out. That’s the setup. We’ve had transport operators running in under an hour from opening the box. If you have specific requirements — custom groups, integration with your dispatch workflow — we work through that with you before we ship.

See it work on your routes. Zero risk.

We’ll send a fully configured device to your depot. Run it on your linehaul routes for 14 days. If it doesn’t cover your runs or doesn’t work for your fleet, send it back. No invoice. No awkward conversation. We don’t want your money unless we are earning it.
